Which one sounds like you?

You've got a half-built product and nobody to finish it.

It goes live in production, front to back.

Maybe it's an idea, or a demo that isn't a product yet. I build the whole product around it. That means the app people actually use, the servers, billing if you charge for it, and launch chores like getting phone carriers to approve your texts. And it's set up so it stays yours, down to the accounts and keys.

Asked for · IT and security

You're not sure who can get into what.

An HR advisor asked me to lead a small technical team that would sit inside a company the advisor works with. That team would take over the company's IT and security.

The first job would be a list of where every password, key and admin login lives, and who can use each one. Then it'd all move into managed tools, so the company controls access from one place and the routine work gets automated. At the end, the company would have a setup that runs, and its own people would understand it.

    Before anything gets built, I write down what's there, what changes, and how you'll know it worked. Then I set up your GitHub organization, hosting, database, and keys. For DepthChartIQ that took one evening.

  4. You can watch the work

    My changes run through automated checks and a review by a second AI model before I decide what ships. You get a status page that refreshes from the running system during the build, so you can check where it is without asking.

    I set it up so your team can keep shipping, and I'm still on call.
